Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders placed through VEXELIZE are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. This time is required for our team to carefully prepare your items for shipment, ensuring they meet our quality standards. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully completed, which will be followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping Options and Timeframes
VEXELIZE offers several shipping options for domestic orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, while expedited shipping options can reduce this time to 2-3 business days. The specific carriers and costs associated with each option will be clearly displayed at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping and Destinations
VEXELIZE proudly ships to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary significantly depending on the destination country and the selected service level. All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. VEXELIZE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $99, and for orders under $99 we have three shipping plans to choose from, including flat shipping at $9.99,express shipping at $11.98.

Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, additional shipping fees will apply to re-send the order.

Shipping Delays and Force Majeure
While VEXELIZE strives to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, we are not responsible for delays that are beyond our control, such as those caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, customs inspections, holidays, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will work with the shipping carrier to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us at support@vexelize.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. VEXELIZE is not liable for packages that are stolen after being delivered or are lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
